Same thing happened to killing stalking back when it was updating, tho so long as u had it in your list you could still read it, it wouldn't pop up if you searched it but you could access it thru your notifs. It continued uploading after a bit and then they removed the ban on it all together. They might bring it back after a bit of time has passed.
