No, not really... This acc is three years old, and I don't think it ever happened to me... Questions are deleted when they're reported and apparently you get a notice of why. If not, it's probably a glitch, just like your bio and your anwsers. Also, this is an illegal website, ain't no way shadow ban is a thing here.
