i hope this all it's not just a joke- well, if you're serious about this then take a break from it for a while. go eat, drink some water, draw- whatever you like to do and then try little by little to get comfortable again on there. like talk to your friends, take breaths, talk more. you're gonna be okay. it doesn't seem that you have social anxie......   reply

For me, if I get stressed out on social media or anything, I try to take a break. I think you should maybe try to do that too. There's nothing wrong with not replying to messages that you don't want to read. You can just let them be on "seen" or whatever. Another idea would be totally taking a break from messenger and just letting important people ......   reply
