I've had a lot of fuck-ups too that i had to lie my way out
For example:
"*My name* have you paid for your account (for the app we use to answer tests etc.) yet? Because i don't see your name on the list ... Sadly you won't be able to answer your exam (it was my long test)"
Then i asked my mom
"MOM! HAVE WE PAID FOR MY ACCOUNT THIS MONTH?"
