I would be concerned for the cat in question to JUST have 2 holes in it’s whole body.
But ya must be referring to the two under its tale, one for defecation and other connected to both bladder and their reproductive organ.
Don’t worry, not everybody goes to search animal anatomy and stares at their “not so private” parts.
