nah, i wouldn't call them bad but you need to draw with cleaner lines, work more on perspective. also in my opinion, they don't look alike (a person changes a lot while growing up but still), it would have been better if there was a specific feature that'll make us realize that it's the same person, but in the end, it's your own art and you decide the rules. (don't call your art bad -since you can always improve it and make it better- instead try to make it better so that you'll say "oh shi-, was i really the one who drew this? dangg, i improved so much!!" when you see your old drawing in the future. anyways, have a nice day/goodnight!!!
