i mean, ive seen a bunch of people saying ybc is cp(i know that its a bad manga in general bc theres rape and shit) but using this same logic would mean that "Blue Sky Complex" is cp...and anyone who read blue sky complex would know that it is 100 times better than whatever ybc is.nonetheless it still shows minors/high school students having sex. so tell me, if ur one of the people who call ybc cp, is blue sky complex also cp? this is such a complicated topic and no one gives straight answers

I completely fail to see how this could possibly be a "complicated topic". The checklist literally only consists of two things... - "Is this explicit/nsfw/r18 content?" - "Are the characters underage?" If the answer to both is yes then it's cp, end of discussion. 2 reply

CP is nsfw based content that features children under 18. It can ba drawing, a manga, a written story or a video. Also if the author intentionally draws any character doing nsfw stuffs who looks like a child but claims that the character is above 18, then it can be considered as cp too. 1 reply

I personally don't think YBC is CP because the characters are not drawn to be childlike. For me CP is shotacon and loli manga with smut/adult content. Also imo YBC is like a PWP on crack. I don't enjoy it because it's too wack for me, but I also don't understand why some people take something fictional too seriously. 3 reply

You want the answer? Read the law. An artist's work is not child pornography. Drawings by artists are free expression and protected under freedom of speech and expression by the constitution. I agree with (ʘᴗʘ✿) that YBC isn't porn. The reason for this is, if we go along with everyone saying cp is anything involving underage children having sex. Then shows like Riverdale, Sex education, any ya book that has sex,and fan fiction etc. Can now be considered cp. However, no one actually considers it cp. If the characters are underaged then yes its considered cp. The only difference is that ybc is a dumpster fire of a manga. reply
