Well, it depends on how high your pain tolerance is. I got my first piercing when I was 8 and had a meltdown until I actually got pierced, if your talking lobes you won't feel much, just a small pinch. Same thing with my septum piercing and lip ring. I didn't feel anything but it's different for everyone. It depends where you're getting it pierced.
