Ikoku Irokoi Romantan would definitely be my #1, the story is absolutely FANTASTIC with gorgeous artwork, exciting action, great comedy, and SUPER HOT ROMANCE. I love both the manga and the OVA and ever sense I've been a HUGE fan of Yamane Ayano and her various works like Crimson Spell and Viewfinder. I also love Ten Count(I'M CRAZY ABOUT TEN COUNT......
