Most rape accusations are true (less then ten percent are false) so I believe the victim but don’t actively hate on the accused unless there is evidence or multiple victims. You treat it like any other crime. If you call the police and say someone robbed your house, the police will believe you until proven otherwise.
I think of it like that.
