i try to stay calm for example i start counting numbers in my head but i start shaking and i feel like i will faint in any moment i also bite my inner lip   reply

Depends on where it happens. If it's in public i just blank out and go into an auto kinda mode. If it's at home I either sit on the floor and cry while shaking or shut down and fall asleep.   reply
