You can lay on the ground with a towel under your neck and stretch your neck (Reach chin to chest) The pain may also be coming from your shoulders so if you have a ball or a roller to stretch it out that would work If you crack your neck, I wouldn’t recommend doing it if you’re in pain because it can make it worse   reply
