Lost

I wake up to a scream. I was in and room with just a bed, a drawer, and no windows. I was terrified not knowing where I was. Instead I tried not to panic. It took me a long time to finally keep calm. And then a woman who was seemed to be a nurse came in. It was time for breakfast. Not knowing what I was supposed to do or where to go I
followed behind. We reached our destination- a cafeteria full of dozens of people. From young kids to teens. I sat down unable to eat but still got my lunch tray. Anxious and cautious of the people around me I peeked everywhere hoping no one would talk to me or was heading my way atleast. I kept thinking where I was, who I am and my age. It was like that until the night. I got my medication and went to sleep. I went to have a talk with a staff member
He looked big and scary so I was very timid. He asked me '"Do you know where you are? Who you are? And what you're here for?"' I shooked my head. He told me that My name Is Aussie Harrison, and i'm 14 years old. When He told me why I was here I lost it. I had so much in my mind it was hard to process it. I was here because I assassinated my own family because of something as petty as love at 12 years old. Since I was considered mental I was on probation. I still got sent here. But when im older im going to an asylum.So for that, I might never see the outisde world ever again.
