anger issues??

do you ever feel so much anger that it feels so much heavy in your chest and it makes you wants to hurt someone physically? but you know you will feel bad and its not a right thing to do so you always hold yourself back and then just cry because you cant hurt someone/them? idk if its called "anger issues" but i do sure know that when im too angry i want to k word myself. do you guys sometimes feel this type of way or??

Well I don't have anger issues , I'm the guy who keeps their emotions in until I snap. I give them days, weeks and months of patience but if I'm stressed and a person is being annoying I will lose my rationality and curse at them(the worst part is this happened in front of my teacher) cause as much as I have scenarious on how to torture them, I can...... reply

I’m almost never angry, but when I am I get pretty angry. I'm easily angry but I hold myself back most of the time. I'm not the type to hurt someone physically I'm more likely to snap. When I'm too angry I don't want to k word myself. I just cry and yell in my pillow haha reply

I’d say I hold back my anger really well in the moment, but I will murder that person I’m mad at in a dream. It’s a win win. No one gets hurt and I get satisfied.
