It being gender dysphoria depends on how long it’s been going on. Gender dysphoria can be discomfort with your secondary sex characteristics, is can be social dysphoria, or it can be mental. I mean I’m trans and I feel gender envy but I don’t know if it’s common for cis people... and with clothing, I’m trans masc and I love feminine cloth......
