Motivation
I tried to do some self- study of Japanese, as well as Korean, but I always lose the motivation to continue (〜￣△￣)〜. However, it would be cool if I could learn it as I've always wanted to travel to South Korea and Japan. I guess the main reason for my interest is due to the influence of K-pop and manga/anime (≧∀≦). Learning Chinese would also be amazing but I feel like it'll be too hard ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Try to learn one langage at a time.
First, learn the alphabet
Second, get a dictionnary
Third, learn how to pronounce the words
Fourth, try reading with your dictionnary next to you.
I think it's a good way to do it.
Also, save an hour a day to read or learn. That will help you stay motivated.
