I have been relapsing with EDs and S/h, switching out constantly, getting flashbacks, and having major uh suicidal urges and all that fun stuff and it’s
eating at my soul
And I’m
feeling extremely s/icidal
So I’m not having a fun time right now and need some distractions or websites or videos or literally anything that isn’t sad that can help me take my mind off all this shit. The friend I usually talk to when I feel this way is sleeping and I just need something even if it’s dumb. I just can’t let myself be alone with my thoughts right now
