Opposite gender would mean I identify as male, I'd still have a vagina. If I woke up the opposite SEX I'd probably have major dysphoria about it and need counseling. Because I'm female, I'd probably never use my penis, only to pee. If I got hard I'd have to ignore it, probably save up to get a sex change.
