1) it’s a webtoon. For some reason, webtoons get an extraordinary amount of views. I sorted (on mobile) viewcount and out of the top 45..... 40 were webtoons and 5 were mangas
2) it has a unique dynamic (one person being a giant)
3) it’s sex based, and the smuttiest works are the most popular......

also agree that its shit...I mean to each their own; I'm also still reading it but I know the story sucks...I was really surprised when I heard it was getting an anime. I thought to myself 'is it really that popular?'

Exatcly! I was so shocked when they announced a anime adaptation like wtf? There are so SO many actually good bl stories that could've gotten adapted like imagine a high animation quality King's Maker adaptation or salad days, Here U Are, or the many other actually good bls that make people get emotionally attached to the characters and storyline b......

THANKKKK YOUUU I see no development, and if there is it's not even that good. There are sex scenes evey 2 minutes and I'm tired of it. Too many yaoi troupes as well. I want something more unique and wholesome despite my love for twisted things. Not that Titans bride is twisted in anyway but it's basically the normal yaoi plot just different setting......

I don't remember the rape attempt in the first 5 chapters ngi. If there is, then it's pretty 'normal'.
