Twins plot

I just remembered some manga from past about twins. One od them was gay, and he pass away somehow (dont rmbr how) and the second syarted to give an ass. Somewher on the background was photography plot or something. I don't Realu remember it but I will be grateful for your help ( ˘ ³˘)
