Never got to confess

my first crush was my childhood friend since kindergarten. he was always so kind and funny, at first i just thought "oh i like him since we're good friends." but then i realized it was "i like him more than a friend" feeling. in the end he left without telling me (*didnt have phones/laptops yet) and i slowly forgot about my feelings since he wasn't there anymore. it may sound like they were just half-hearted feelings but i actually did like him a lot.

well i haven't had any crushes since then (besides some puppy-crushes where i just think they look good but immediately forget). i'd actually want to see him again at some point just to see how he's been these years.(▰˘◡˘▰)
