Lmao I hope I’m not the only one hating Painter of the Night so much like the art is pretty and all but wtf so many chapters and all there is is rapey shit. I literally don’t get people to simp for Seungho like do you want to get raped?? And poor Nakyum wtf did he do to deserve this I’m just saying there’s literally 0 character development and all there is is a toxic and abusive relationship. Redemption arc isn’t even possible anymore.

I read it because of the hype. Not worth it. Literally a circle of events. Character development is far away. I don't understand why people simp for Seungho, I simp for the most toxic people but this is just too much. Sanwoo and Seungo are out of bounds. I used to love the story because of the pretty theories/analysis ppl came up with that just made the plot sound so nice and well-thought...but then I realized that the fandom put much more thought and meaning behind the scene than BD lmao the story is pretty basic if you think about it and not to mention dragged on for no apparent reason? it's not ...... 1 reply

I swear. I keep reading it before because I want to see Nakyum happy but Seungho just can't stop himself being douche. He keeps hurting him.
