For me I tend to be around these, not always like this with my family though
Friends: Mama-bear mode, Just there in the circle, Therapists assistant, Quiet until someone isn't alright, "egg".
Family: Still Quiet, Reliable ( does chores and stuff), "Je suis fatigue".
