if its fantasy genre..
she (6 years old) lived with her aunt, and they only though her as a burden and take her inheritance. they often abuse her, and let her sleep in a small hut near the house..
then (10/11 years old) she saw her cousin practicing a sword, then she thought it was cool and wanted to learn how to use a sword too ^^
but they lived......
