It's not as nice as it seems...
I have no problem eating without getting fat. The only problem is for example, I might eat a bagel for breakfast. I'm still hungry so I have something else , in an amount that will keep me full until at least lunch.
I have to eat big meals all the time or I'll just never not be hungry. If I don't eat that much at breakfast and don't become full, I probably won't be able to eat lunch, and will most likely not finish dinner in one sitting.
I really have no big problem losing weight because I'm a dancer, but I would actually like to be a bit less and bigger in certain places......
