I mean i personally dont. It has never crossed my mind that someone could get turned on by it but to each their own. I mainly read for the plot/story and or because the relationship is cute. Most stories ive read like Sign and Cherry Blossoms After Winter i got into without knowing theyd have those scenes till later XD
