Depends if you can handle it as long as you know not to beat yourself up about the sad truth but then again sometimes the truth isnt always the truth but a point of view of that person.just ask for honest and helpful critique/opinions but sometimes accepting the truth and knowing it can not be fixed is more good then anything reply
