i think ass is healthy to eat, i mean it has all the nutrients you need if you eat the fat ones. make sure you clean inside and out of it before and after eating

clean the ass
stretch the ass with your hands
stick tongue in ass
go deep in and out hit the g spots too ( i have a long tongue so its easy )
