I'm having surgery in my nose today, and I'm really scared about what's going to happen to me. Sure I'm going to be asleep, but what if something bad happens? I'm just super scared right now, and honestly, I don't know how to calm myself down, please help?
All u can say is everything will be alright and don't over think the what ifs, cause that s what make you nervous and take breaths if necessary and just be brave.. and good luck and have a good surgery.. reply
