Sleep paralysis is a scary thing to experience. I hope it does not happen to you again. You did ask for this but..

Sleep paralysis can be caused by having horrible sleeping habits or mental stressors. Avoid caffeine before sleeping and try to wind down at the same time ever night. If you are sleep deprived that increases the chance of it occurring again. If you have insomnia look up some things to help you and if those do not work you can contact your general doctor or psychiatrist. I wish you good luck and restful sleeps.

ty, since i don’t have insomnia and i don’t drink caffeine, im gonna try sleeping earlier from now on since i usually sleep pretty late lmao. ty again for the advice!!
