Sleep paralysis can be caused by having horrible sleeping habits or mental stressors. Avoid caffeine before sleeping and try to wind down at the same time ever night. If you are sleep deprived that increases the chance of it occurring......

ty, since i don’t have insomnia and i don’t drink caffeine, im gonna try sleeping earlier from now on since i usually sleep pretty late lmao. ty again for the advice!!
