Either fetishization, the overwhelming amount of yaoi in comparison to other manga, or because straight manga is (a lot of the time) sexist and dehumanizing to women.
A lot of times heterosexual girls or guys like gay or lesbian porn because it’s “forbidden” (another form of fetishization).
