Have you ever thought of killing yourself?

I do get thoughts of stabbing myself, while my holding a knife sometimes, so I have to put the knife down for a sec and breathe and think about what I am supposed to be doing with the knife, or drowning myself in my tub, but that it. I really want to hug you guys because I know it's hard to push past those thoughts. :(   1 reply
