- Fruits: Coconut, Lychee, Mango, Pineapple, Pear, Almonds, Walnuts, Papaya, Dried fruits (except dates, figs & raisins).
- Vegetables: Raw mushrooms, Endives (almost died as a kid choking on some, can't eat them since), Horseraddish, Rhubarb.
