Since I've been seeing people want to lose weight, I want to share how I lost mine.
I'm a student and I was quite obese. I was really fine about my body and I really don't care when people say I'm fat, I mean I love food so who wouldn't get fat. But I so wanted to be able to fit in normal clothes and I really can't style myself since I usually wear too big and I'm not confident with my body. But seeing cosplayers and other people look damn good on any clothes motivated me to lose weight. I mean I want to cosplay as well.
My highest weight was 80kg and I'm 5'2 ft and this results to me being obese. I started looking up on diet plans and whatnot but they didn't work on my body, but I didn't gave up I still looked into different kind of Diet plans. Until one day I stumbled upon this group who shares how they lose weight. So I tried it and it pretty much worked on me.
It called Low Carb Intermittent Fasting.
So what is LCIF? It's quite easy.. CARBS get you fat so eat LESS CARBS and try fasting.
What are carbs? It's mostly bread, Rice, sweets, processed foods and pasta (eat less of this)
What should you eat? Fish, Pork, Chicken, Beef and vegetables seasoned by salt. Drink water 8-10 glasses a day. You can also drink black coffee or tea. You can eat actually anything as long as it's LOW CARB.
If you really want to eat pasta, rice, and sweets there are alternatives that are low in carbs but I'm telling you they're expensive.
What is fasting? Pretty much you not eating in a certain time.. Like 8:16 it means in the 8 hours you can eat WHEN you are hungry and 16 hours where you cannot eat but you can drink water, black coffee or Tea.
Then exercise even if it's just 20-30 mins it helps to tone your body.
REMINDER:
I recommend lessening of carbs and DON'T GO on Fasting in an instant since you'll get dizzy and might feel sick..
I lost 15 kg with hard work it actually took me 7 months to lose 15kg. My current weight is 65kg and I still need to lose another 10 kg since my goal for myself is near 50-55kg.. My weight actually stalled in 65kg since I started eating carbs again but NOT TOO MUCH.. I still count my carbs so I wouldn't want my weight higher again..
And I'm starting over again with LESS CARBS since I've been lazy on losing weight. HAHAHAHA I wish you people who want to lose weight a good luck and hope this helps.
If you want to know more about "Low Carb Intermittent Fasting" try searching for it. Even tho my process is slow it still a process and I'm happy that I already lost 15 kg weight but I still need to work a little harder for another 10kg. (≧∀≦)
This might work on me and might not work with you but it doesn't hurt to try.

Let me give you some tips about fasting. I am a Muslim, so we fast every year according to the Islam calendar.
First, we wake up around 4:00 in the morning to eat (we call it sahur) before Fajr.
(Quick lesson, Fajr is the time we pray. We eat/sahur before the Fajr. Fajr is different in each country bcs of the time differences. Basically Fajr is sunrise)
But you can just eat at 9:00/10:00 am bcs yeah, you are not Muslim, why wake up early right?
Then, you just do your every day routine but without eating.
After that, you can just eat at 8:00 p.m. or join your family dinner.
I’m not recommending that you just go without eating the whole entire day bcs that’s not healthy.
Bonus, try to restrain yourself from eating too much at dinner bcs there will be no point fasting.
