I have some beets (3) leftover from a recipe and am looking for recs :)
Recipe of any origin ok (but I am vegetarian)

hmm If you have chili, garlic powder or sauce. Why not boil beets, add them along with coconut milk, onion tomato paste. It tastes great 1 reply
