What is BFRB?
Well BFRB stands for Body Focused Repetitive Behavior
I’m not very good at explaining things but uh BFRB is when you usually do things like pick at your skin, bite your nails, chew or pull out your hair, bite the insides of ur mouth, ingest skin or nails, pick at your scalp, etc.
Uh also 1 in 20 people have this so yeeee it’s pretty common and it’s severity ranges from mild to intense yeyeye so uh not a lot of peeps know abt this hecc I barely found out 4 months ago but uuhhhh educate urselves here’s some links to know more:
