I'm from the u.s. and I read shota. It's fiction, a piece of fantasy and a bunch of pages that shouldn't be taken seriously. And I'm not going to sit here and say 12-14 year olds arent having sex because at my brother's junior high graduation, there were graduates with babies who weren't their nephews/nieces or sister/brothers.
