My first yaoi was Koi Suru Boukun, which shows the hot sex scenes but not the dicks.
So when I first saw some erotic sex scenes, I felt pretty pleased and really into it. I got used to it and since that day, i've been reading Yaoi/Shounen Ai from time to time.
