Okay, so I had a panic attack (I don’t know what else to call them) over and IXL (yes, an IXL) about a month ago and it was traumatising because I felt like I was suffocating. I thought it was a one time thing, but then I had another panic attack last night over some school work I missed (it wasn’t hard, I was just overreacting). And while I wasn’t suffocating like before, it was still a bunch of hysterical laugher and sobbing, though they both kind of sound the same so I’m not sure if it was one or the other, but I was crying so I’m going to go with both. Anyways, is this normal? Should I be concerned? Is this just a teenage thing I’ll get over? Whenever I have it I always crawl into my closet, is there a better way to get over them faster?
It definitely it's something to be worried about, panic attacks are dangerous because you can literally suffocate or go out of oxygen, you should definitely get help it is a very serious matter. I hope you get the help you need! 1 reply
