Am I the only one that keeps on forgetting that Ryuichi is Asami's first name?

I know this is random and all for some unknown reason in my mind i keep on thinking Asami's firdt name is Asami and forgot that Ryuichi is his fist name....... I know this is confusing but i don't know how to put it in words so do y'all get me?
