How to inspire yourself??

..To book readers and non-readers alike:

I have a hella ton of books to read and understand critically and I also have a lot of hard cover novels and devotions to read...

So, in your experience... How did you inspire yourself to read a lot of books and loving the current task??? even when physically being exhausted
