Anything by Naono Bohra is great. Also the ones below.
"Aiso Tsukashi" by Yamada Yugi - It's about an young host and an ex-yakuza (from a previous story I didn't actually mind). It's a drama with a itty bitty of sweetness and comedy to not overwhelm the reader with the sad parts of the plot. I find it really sweet and emotional.
