My very first fictional crush was Link from when I played the game Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time as a child. Nowadays, I mainly ship the characters I like with other characters, so tbh I usually don't develop real crushes on them 'cause it's easier for me to imagine them with someone other than with me, if that makes sense.
