im not sure if this ever works but people usually say to "ask a person who's left handed to turn your head" if that doesnt work you can try changing your sleeping position or massaging it??   1 reply

You can lay on the ground with a towel under your neck and stretch your neck (Reach chin to chest) The pain may also be coming from your shoulders so if you have a ball or a roller to stretch it out that would work If you crack your neck, I wouldn’t recommend doing it if you’re in pain because it can make it worse   reply

Oof, thats pretty vague but I'll use a personal experience cuz idk. If its that like you can't turn your neck to one side or like tilt it or else it hurts and it kinda like stops there, it'll go back to normal in a couple of days. Idk u gotta specify   2 reply

You need to be more specific about the pain. Usually when my neck hurts, it's because I slept with my head in a weird position. Maybe that's what happened to you? Maybe have someone massage it for you to see if it feels a little better.   2 reply
