I drink wine or soju alone til i pass out if the stress is too much (i like to drink alone in my room so its ok if i pass out. Dont worry, am safe, thanks for your concern ( ̄▽ ̄)). Since i have trouble sleeping when im stressed, i usually take a long, scented bath, then apply body butter and put on perfume- helps me relax so i can sleep better......   reply
