when you say pills do you mean birth control pills? bc that helped me, my acne problem is hormonal, i don't get it on my face anymore but i still get it on my back, but it's not as bad as it used to be
i found harsh face washes (like proactiv, or whatever dermatologists supplied you with) did nothing but aggravate my skin, my skin routine now cons......
