Hmm I'd have say Sailor Moon because Sailor Moon cannot fight on her own, not even battle until reinforcements come and she has to have someone remind her (Tuxedo Mask) that she actually can fight and etc. But I think those are the main reasons.(づ￣ ³￣)づ
