Breath with your nose, block for a short moment and expire slowly with your mouth. If you're stressed, it's normal everyone freak out before a presentation. Don't worry for small mistakes nobody will notice. You're going to be fine :)

Breathe in and out slowly, and identify three things you can hear, three things you can see, three things you can feel. My teacher said its a good way to help calm down, hope this works and good luck! reply
