No way. Lol. Yaoi is basically porn. I have seen someone say BL/Shonen ai is closer to reality and I think so. There is literally almost no douching in yaoi. To have anal sex, gay or not, needs preparation from diet to cleaning yourself. Yaoi sex is basically straight sex but done anally.
