Since it's an open ending, I think what happened is what you want to happen. For example, if you want Sangwoo and Bum to be "reunited" because they're linked to each other by something deep (not necessary love) and they can't exist without one another then he died. If you want Bum to escape Sangwoo's influence, go to therapy and live a normal live ...... reply
ya'll r wishing death upon him and for what? Ya'll are so toxic in the comment section smh. But I think that he got hit by the car but Sangwoo's spirit stopped him (idk, just go with it) it was like a HUGE gust of wind or something. Or, when he got hit they rushed him to the same hospital as Sangwoo and he went to the same room as Sangwoo and then...... reply
